Summary: The Assistant Director of Development will play a key role on the major, principal and planned gifts team. This position reports to the Director of Development and works closely and collaboratively within the department including with gift officers, prospect management, development operations, stewardship, special events, and annual giving teams. The individual will also have front-facing interaction with clinicians, faculty and donors. Over the next three years, the aim is that the individual will be raising $250,000+ per year.
