Offers may vary depending on the circumstances of each case. **Summary:** The Staffing Coordinator oversees and ensures shift scheduling. This role closely monitors scheduled and unscheduled absences and leverages the temp pool to ensure shift coverage. Additionally this role creates and produces attendance reports toward the continuous improvement of workforce planning. This role exemplifies the Rush mission, vision, and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures. **Required Job Qualifications:** - High School Diploma. - Two years' work experience. - Analytical ability is required to problem solve. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Ability to proofread staffing schedules for errors. - Excellent organizational abilities are essential to successfully navigate systems and varied responsibilities. - Able to work independently and as a member of a team. - Strong grasp of computer skills and be proficient in the use of general computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Strong communication competence including written, oral, and interpersonal. - Strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities. - Proficient and functional acumen in Micros
