Responsibilities: Job duties include, but are not limited to: - Provide administrative support for daily office operations, including maintaining office procedures, managing electronic and hard copy records, and preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations. - Coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while supporting students, student staff, faculty, staff, and campus visitors with a high level of customer service and professionalism. - Maintain confidential records and information, assist with timekeeping and payroll-related processes, and ensure compliance with university policies and procedures. - Utilize Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other campus systems to manage data, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and support departmental operations and team initiatives.
