This position is located downtown Indianapolis, IN. The Project Coordinator, Project Planning and Operations, Design and Construction supports programming, operational planning, and targeted improvement initiatives for the new IU Health Medical Center Campus. This role assists in translating the project vision, guiding principles, and design concepts into actionable plans by coordinating activities, tracking milestones, and communication across local, regional, and system stakeholders. The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day project execution, documentation, and alignment to help drive efficient operations and successful readiness of the new facilities. **Role Responsibilities** - Provides project management support to leaders and team members. - Assists with and supports team planning, execution, monitoring progress, and delivering end results. - Collaborates across teams to ensure alignment. - Assesses situations, gathers appropriate information and input, and makes recommendations to leaders. - Ensures quality customer service and professional representation of the team and the department. **Candidate Qualifications** Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
