The ideal candidate is an experienced construction professional with a strong commitment to quality, collaboration, and maintaining operations in active healthcare environments. **Key Responsibilities:** Manage day-to-day construction activities for healthcare facility projects, including renovations, expansions, and new construction. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, facility leadership, and project stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved. Maintain compliance with safety regulations, infection control requirements (ICRA), and healthcare construction standards. Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality measures, and field productivity. Resolve construction and operational challenges while minimizing disruptions to patient care and clinical services. Conduct site inspections, oversee quality control, and ensure adherence to design specifications and regulatory requirements. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement on all project sites.
