We are seeking two enthusiastic interns to join our HR team for a structured summer internship focused on exploring the role of AI in streamlining recruitment processes and enhancing candidate experience. What You'll Do **Program Structure: Intern Pods & Rotations** Interns will work in a collaborative pod model, partnering closely with another intern to drive shared deliverables and cross-learning. Throughout the internship, interns will rotate across three core HR functions to gain a holistic view of the employee lifecycle: HR Systems: Exposure to systems, tools, and AI applications supporting HR operations. Talent Acquisition Partnering: Direct experience with recruitment strategy, candidate experience, and hiring workflows.
