Conduct stakeholder discovery sessions to identify user needs, project goals, content priorities, and functional requirements. - Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs that communicate design intent and support collaborative development processes. - Design responsive layouts and front-end experiences that align with University branding standards while prioritizing accessibility, usability, and mobile-first design principles. - Evaluate and refine digital experiences through usability testing, user feedback, analytics, and iterative design improvements. - Maintain design systems, reusable interface components, and visual standards that promote consistency across College digital properties. **User Support, Training, and Design Consultation** - Provide consultation to faculty, program staff, and research teams regarding user experience, web design best practices, accessibility requirements, and digital communication strategies. - Develop documentation, design standards, and training materials that promote consistent and accessible web content development across the College. - Serve as a resource for usability, visual hierarchy, content organization, and responsive design recommendations. **Website Design, CMS Implementation, and Content Experience** - Design and implement web pa
