The Clinical Administrative Assistant III provides advanced administrative and operational support to the Sleep Disorders Center, ensuring efficient department workflows and an exceptional patient experience throughout the continuum of care. This role serves as a key liaison among patients, providers, clinical staff, and enterprise-wide departments, facilitating seamless communication, coordination, and service delivery. The position requires a strong understanding of healthcare administration, medical terminology, scheduling, and patient care processes. The successful candidate demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality. This role contributes to the overall success of the Sleep Disorders Center by supporting clinical operations, enhancing patient access, and promoting a culture of excellence and service. **A caregiver in this position works full-time, day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (with flexibility as needed).
