Summary: The Anatomy Laboratory Coordinator under the supervision of the Director is responsible for coordinating a clean, safe, and well-stocked anatomy laboratory to meet the needs of internal and external educational and research groups. The coordinator will exemplify the Rush mission, vision and values and act in accordance with Rush policies and procedures. Other information: Required Job Qualifications: - Associate’s degree in mortuary science or a health-related field, or a Bachelor's degree. - 1- 3 year of related experience in lab - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and analytical skills. - Able to work and problem-solve independently and efficiently. - Able to manage multiple concurrent projects. - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Physical Demands: - Must be able to lift 50 pounds, move heavy carts, walk for 15 minutes, and stand for at least 20 minutes.
