Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, this position will be responsible for providing outstanding service and support to faculty and staff regarding human resources policies, procedure, classification, recruitment, hiring, payroll, visas, benefits, leave and general employee support. This position will resolve routine issues as well as more complex and unusual issues pertaining to Human Resources. Duties include: - **General HR support:** Provide general HR support to College of Pharmacy employees, including guidance and assistance regarding human resources policies and procedures. Maintain personnel files for all employees in the college. Assist with general benefits questions. Conduct exit interviews and process terminations. Process approved job changes. Comply with federal, state, and University policies, procedures, and regulations. - **Recruitment:** Responsible for managing assigned recruitments for College of Pharmacy positions by creating job descriptions and posting job requisitions, creating screening and interview rubrics, reviewing applications, pre-screening applicants via SparkHire, attending all interviews as HR representative and issuing evaluations post interview. Perform employment verifications, reference checks, and background screenings. Partner with hiring managers to ensure a fair search process that provides candidates with an exceptional COP experien
