Appropriate college coursework or internships may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** **Primary Responsibilities:** **Website Management & Compliance** - Monitor Site Improve reports and correct issues (ongoing) - Routine website updates - Create new pages (as needed, working with team on content) - Improve and remediate existing web content for ADA compliance, formatting, consistency, and clarity. **Data Management Support** - Compile and update data for Floria Fertilizer Ordinances app data (as needed) - Support contact data processing for FFL annual survey (ongoing, assist with data entry, checking, corrections) - Support FFL and GI-BMP survey data reporting (as needed, assist with data cleaning, report generation and checking) - Assist with various data maintenance needs to support FFL apps, training and certification records, and program reporting. **Tools & Platforms** - Terminal 4 (CMS) - Siteimprove - Google (GA4) Analytics - Microsoft Teams - UF/IFAS Web Content Standards & Guidelines - Understanding of ADA accessibility factors and requirements - Experience with Excel data tables and/or databases - Experience with HTML **EXPECTED SALARY:** $15/hour **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** A high school diploma and at least one year of experience working with website content management systems (CMS).
