Responsibilities: Job duties include, but are not limited to: - Coordinate donor stewardship activities, including preparing correspondence, gift documentation, and recognition materials. - Process and reconcile expenses, maintain donor and estate records, and support database management and reporting. - Coordinate meetings, events, and office logistics while providing general administrative support to the Planned Giving team. - Serve as a liaison with internal campus partners to support donor engagement and ensure efficient office operations. Qualifications: **Required:** - Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role. - Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience with expense processing and record management. - Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in a professional environment. - Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English. **Preferred:** - Experience supporting fundraising, advancement, nonprofit, or higher education operations. - Familiarity with donor, gift, or constituent relationship management (CRM) databa
