Responsibilities: Job duties include, but are not limited to: - Schedule and coordinate patient appointments for General Medical, Specialty, and Nurse Clinics using the electronic scheduling system. - Greet patients, answer incoming calls, provide information, and deliver professional front office reception services. - Perform administrative and clerical tasks related to electronic medical records, patient registration, and document management. - Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate efficient patient flow and support daily clinic operations while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Qualifications: **Required:** - Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office, healthcare setting, or high-volume customer service environment. - Experience using computerized scheduling systems, electronic medical records (EMR), or other healthcare information systems. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations. - Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English. **Preferred:** - Experience working in a student health center, outpatient clinic, or ambulatory care environme
