As a Research Systems Trainer, you will deliver select training to end-user caregivers while fostering a positive and professional learning environment. In this role, you will support the implementation and ongoing innovation and transformation of the Advarra and Huron Research Suite, training individuals from both research and finance areas. You will model high standards of conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character while leading and motivating trainees, establishing performance standards through effective training methodologies in large groups, small groups, and individual classroom settings.
