Assesses and determines the patients’ acuity level and the need for medical support. Provides results and education related to diagnostic testing to ensure continuity and quality of care. Responsible for accurate, appropriate and timely telephone and electronic messaging. Provides protocol-driven clinical advice. **Hours:** This is a day/night position. 36 hours per week. Hours will fall between 7:00am and 7:30pm or 7:00 p.m.- 7:30 a.m. Shifts may be 12, 8, 6, or 4 hours in length. Schedules are made based on patient needs. **Shift Differential:** Shift differentials are applied to eligible hours. **Weekends and Holidays**: Every other weekend rotation and holiday rotation. **Location:** This position is located in Danville, PA, but it does allow for remote work in the future. **Travel:** Less than 25%- Travel may be required for orientation/training, meetings, or other business needs. **Experience:** BSN preferred. 5yrs nursing experience preferred.
