About the Hiring Group RTI International is seeking a clinically trained pharmacist with strong research experience in synthesizing clinical trial and real-world evidence (RWE) to support federal and state health policy initiatives, value-based care design, and pharmaceutical policy consulting. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, execution, and communication of evidence-based insights derived from existing literature, claims, EHR, registry, and other healthcare data sources. This role also involves interpretating analytic results and translating complex data into actionable recommendations for policymakers.
