**The UPMC Pinnacle Foundation/Pinnacle Auxiliary is looking for a new Bailey House Coordinator to join their team. The Bailey House is a home away from home for family members of patients staying in the hospital. The Bailey House Coordinator creates warm and welcoming experience for patients and their families. Apply today!** **Schedule: Monday – Friday from 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m****.** **Purpose:** Provides day-to-day oversight to Bailey House & Bailey House Annex located at 119 & 121 Washington Streets, Harrisburg, PA. Monitors activities and supports guests. Reports back to Pinnacle Health Auxiliary Bailey House Committee Chair(s) and UPMC Pinnacle Foundation Vice President of Operations. **Responsibilities:** - Supervises the day-to-day operation of Bailey House. - Oversee all guest services, including check in/check out, orientation, and concierge support; serve as a knowledgeable and welcoming host for guests. - Manage administrative and financial duties related to daily operations, including tracking guest census, preparing donation and fund balance reports for the Bailey House Committee, and maintaining accurate documentation. - Oversee procurement and inventory of supplies for the house. - Coordinate with the contracted cleaning service to ensure all cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently met. - Address routine facility needs, including submitting maintenance work orders, coordinating repairs, and handling tasks such as weekly trash removal. - Perform light cleaning and organizational tasks to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. - Assist with the development and execution of Bailey House's annual marketing plan. - Actively identify and participate in community engagement opportunities to promote Bailey House and strengthen community relationships. - Performs additional duties as requested by the Pinnacle Health Auxiliary or deemed as operationally required. - High School diploma or equivalent required. - Proficiency in Microsoft Off
