Scheduling activities are performed in-person, by phone, or electronically via Epic/Cadence, requiring strong attention to detail to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe patient scheduling. This position works closely with patients, providers, nursing teams, administrative staff, and leadership to coordinate infusion appointments and support a positive patient experience. The Infusion Scheduler ensures appointments are scheduled according to provider orders, treatment protocols, and template availability while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.The Infusion Scheduler communicates regularly with clinical teams and patients
