This position is full time; hybrid located in Indianapolis, IN. **Only** **candidates from Indiana and surrounding states will be considered due to the hybrid requirements of the roles.** **Role Responsibilities** - Guides the team and department on how to use scrum practices and values. - Maintains backlogs, dashboards and sprints. - Runs sprint standup, backlog grooming and planning meetings. - Works closely with the business owners and projects managers to communicate project status, team capacity and blocking issues. - Responsible for multiple simultaneous development streams. **Candidate Qualifications** Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies. **Preferred:** - Experience working in IT or technical environments, with the ability to understand data workflows, system integrations, and development concepts - Hands-on experience with Agile tools and methodologies (Azure DevOps preferred; JIRA or similar tools acceptable) - Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams, including developers and data teams, to manage dependencies and drive delivery - Strong skills in writing user stories and supporting documentation within Agile frameworks - Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing/ITSM systems preferred **Required:** - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. - Must be a certified AGILE Scrum Master. - Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience. - Experience as a software developer is a strong plus. - Requires robust, hands on experience using Azure Devops or other Agile project ma
