Responsibilities: **Position Summary:** The Emergency Department Clinical Nurse is a licensed Registered Nurse who delivers comprehensive, evidence-based care to a diverse population of patients presenting with undifferentiated, acute, and complex health conditions. Practicing in a high-acuity, fast-paced academic medical center, the Clinical Nurse utilizes advanced clinical judgment, critical thinking, and prioritization to rapidly assess, stabilize, and manage patients across the lifespan. The Clinical Nurse collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure timely interventions, adherence to regulatory and quality standards, and optimal patient outcomes.
