**JOB NO:** 540117 **WORK TYPE:** Staff Full-Time **LOCATION:** Main Campus (Gainesville, FL) **CATEGORIES:** Office/Administrative/Fiscal Support, Grant or Research Administration **DEPARTMENT:** 29680512 - MD-CTSI-RECRUITMENT CENTER **CLASSIFICATION TITLE:** Research Administrator II **CLASSIFICATION MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in grant and contract administration; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Recruitment Communication & Strategy (45%) - Coordinate study recruitment efforts with investigators and study teams through recruitment consultations, planning, and budgeting. - Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment plans and strategies, participant-facing materials, including study information, digital content, social media messaging, and outreach materials tailored to target populations. - Coordinate the implementation and dissemination of participant-facing social media recruitment campaigns on UF Studies and other web-based platforms. - Design, test, and optimize new communication and messaging strategies grounded in evidencebased recruitment principles. - Collaborate with study teams to support participant retention using tailored, population-sensitive communication strategies. - Provide information about referrals to other CTSI services and act as a liaison between Investigators and Service Providers. - Partner with researchers to advance scholarship on recruitment and retention, contributing to manuscripts, conference presentations, and CTSI-wide dissemination. - Strengthen UFโs national presence by supporting initiatives that position the institution as a leader in effective participant recruitment practices.
