Monitors overall performance to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies, practices, and approved pharmaceutical processes. This role may work in the following business areas: Quality and Compliance, Inventory Management, Medication Management, and Enterprise Pharmacy Operations. Serves as an integral member of Mass General's interdisciplinary Excellence Everyday Team, responsible for auditing medication storage sites (inpatient, ambulatory, and procedural) in accordance with established standards, procedures, and policies set by local, state, and federal regulatory bodies. No **Essential Functions** Performs risk assessments of medication-related matters and provides pharmacy-related knowledge and support to clinicians, as appropriate. Makes recommendations to managers regarding changes to improve operating procedures and facilitate safe medication practices.
