The Front Desk Coordinator performs and coordinates front office patient centered duties, to include, but not limited to, greeting patients, co-pay collection, appointment scheduling, authorizations and referrals. The Front Desk Coordinator serves as aresource for patients, physicians, staff, and ambulatory care managers. Other related duties as assigned. **Minimum Qualifications** - A minimum of three (3) years previous related experience including customer service experience. - Demonstrated knowledge of third party payors including federal, state, and private health plans. - Strong problem solving ability by using good judgment and applying these skills to assist customers and ensure customers' expectations are met. - Proven computer skills and be able to work between multiple systems during calls. - Ability to work in an interactive environment and possess excellent customer service skills both
