We are looking for a qualified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team of 13 highly skilled Advanced Practice Providers. We offer a supportive team environment with hands-on training from our surgeons, residents, and fellow APP’s. The provider in this role will be first assisting in Ortho surgery cases as well as work in post-op care in the inpatient setting. **Job Summary** - First assist in orthopedic surgery - including hip and knee replacement, shoulder and elbow, spine, and foot and ankle - Perioperative patient care: - Ordering and interpreting labs - admission history and physicals - inpatient rounding and discharge completions This is a full-time position and will consist of 4 shifts per week. No weekends, holidays, or nights. **Below is the schedule:** Monday: 7:00 am - 5:30 pm Wednesday: 7:00 am - 5:30 pm Thursday: 9:00 am - 7:30 pm Friday: 7:00 am - 5:30 pm NP's will be required to have completed the RN first assist course to be considered.
