This position plays a key role in ensuring that IU Health leverages data effectively to improve performance, quality, and outcomes. **Key Relationships** Reports to: Director – Strategic Intelligence and Market Insights Direct reports: None Shift:Full time; hybrid schedule Location: Indianapolis, IN **The Scope:** This role supports IU Health’s analytics and reporting needs across clinical and operational areas, including: - Working directly with internal and external stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver timely insights - Identifying, cleansing, and integrating data from multiple systems and sources - Designing, developing, and maintaining reports, dashboards, and interactive data visualizations - Supporting and enhancing Business Intelligence (BI) frameworks and information delivery solutions - Analyzing data to support decision‑making, performance tracking, and operational improvement The Data Science Analyst acts as a key operational partner, transforming complex data into actionable insights that support clinical and business decision-making.
