Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to: - Track and monitor student and faculty completion of required annual compliance training programs. - Generate and maintain compliance reports using Excel and other reporting tools. - Maintain and update course pages and training content within Canvas. - Create and distribute compliance-related documents, communications, and PDF materials using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Qualifications: **Required:** - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams/Zoom. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to track deadlines and maintain accurate records. - Ability to run reports, analyze completion data, and follow up on outstanding requirements. - Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English. **Preferred:** - Experience working with learning management systems (LMS), preferably Canvas. - Knowledge of compliance training programs in higher education, healthcare, or similar environments. - Experience creating and editing PDFs using Adobe Acrobat. - Familiarity with training administration, records management, or program coordination. **Total Rewards** In addition to the salary range listed below, we offer a wealth of benefits to make working at UCI e
