**Job Summary** The DS Architecture program is comprised of technical and business domains at Corewell Health. Domains are a collection of applications, systems, and/or solutions that address a set of business capabilities. Domain functions are the foundation of Corewell Health's DS ecosystem with services supporting the delivery of care, healthcare coverage, corporate functions, employee experience, security, infrastructure, and information management. Domain Architects apply their knowledge and expertise to understand and interpret business requirements with technology solutions that meet the long-term needs of the organization. As a trusted guide and specialist, they provide insight on the technical maturity of a specific domain, avert, and solve domain problems, and define appropriate use of technology to support the domains business capabilities. Domain Architects use their creative and critical thinking skills to develop and maintain technical standards, concept models, reference architectures and identify technology patterns. They are recognized as thought leaders and sought after for their knowledge, mentorship, and guidance. As advocates for their respective domain, they participate in the broader architecture program. They collaborate with other domain architects to ensure the DS ecosystem is well balanced, understood, prioritized, mature, efficient, and cost effective. Domain Architects seek technology innovation within business workflows and are trusted partners with senior leadership.
