**Job Summary** The UC Davis Health Information Technology (IT) Division provides fully integrated technology services supporting clinical care, research, education, and administrative functions. IT Infrastructure supports a large, complex environment including data centers, network, compute, storage, end user services, security technologies, and enterprise platforms critical to the health system. This position provides direct executive-level operational, analytical, and strategic support to the Vice President (VP) of Infrastructure. The VP oversees a broad portfolio of foundational technology services and organizational priorities across multiple functional domains. In addition to direct support of the VP, this role provides coordinated operational and analytical support to Director's reporting into the VP of Infrastructure, ensuring alignment, communication, and execution across the infrastructure leadership team. The incumbent plays a key role in integrating priorities across multiple functional areas, enabling efficient decision-making and consistent execution of strategic initiatives. The incumbent serves as a trusted partner to executive leadership, responsible for managing executive workflows, coordinating leadership engagements, and delivering high-quality analysis and communications. This position operates in a fast-paced, high-demand environment requiring exceptional multitasking, prioritization, adaptability, and sound judgment.
