Req Id: 42215 Job Title: Data Analyst City: West Lafayette ## **Job Summary** The Institutional Data Analytics + Assessment (IDA+A) office is seeking a Data Analyst (P@), Senior Data Analyst (P3), or Lead Data Analyst (P4). This role supports high-visibility institutional priorities through advanced analytics, reporting, and strategic insight, enabling leaders to make informed decisions that impact students, faculty, and operations at scale. In this role, you will contribute to research, statistical analysis, report development, dashboard creation, and evidence-based decision support. Working closely with a broad range of campus stakeholders, you will support data-informed decision-making for both day-to-day operations and broader institutional initiatives. This position will be filled at the appropriate career level (P2, P3, or P4) based on the selected candidate's skills and experience. Responsibilities, scope, and influence increase with level. All levels emphasize collaboration, teamwork, and the delivery of clear, insightful, actionable, and customer-focused analytics.
