MSK is dedicated to training the next generation of scientists and clinicians, who go on to pursue our mission at MSK and around the globe. **Exciting opportunity at MSK**: We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated **Pharmacy Technician**for the **Rockefeller Outpatient Pavilion**on E. 53rd Street. **Role Overview:** - Perform inventory management (ordering, receiving, restocking). - Demonstrate proficiency with appropriate pharmacy equipment, systems, and technology. - Compound medications, including chemotherapy in a cleanroom. - Assist with pharmacy inspections. - Adhere to State and Federal regulations and Pharmacy Policies and Procedures. - Make occasional deliveries to chemo units. - Perform any other pharmacy operational task needed for patient care. - Complete annual competency assessments. - Maintain pharmacy files and records in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. **Key Qualifications:** - HS Diploma/GED with 2+ years of clinic/hospital experience preferred. - PTCB or NHA Technician Certification (CPhT) required. NYS Pharmacy Technician License with current registration - Although prior chemotherapy experience is not required, having strong IV compounding skills is beneficial. **Core Skills:** - Someone who readily takes on challenges without unnecessary planning. - Able to handle and manage crises effectively.
