It is a Level II trauma center and has been recognized for clinical excellence and innovation in the fields of orthopedics, neurosciences, women’s health, heart & vascular, and cancer care. **Scope of work** Maintain safe and effective staffing levels for all inpatient nursing. - Create and update the daily staffing sheets in ANSOS. Covers daily staffing needs for inpatient nursing. Monitors employee call-in's. - Responsible for all staffing changes to be placed in ANSOS. Ensure we are staffed to matrix. - Make phone calls to employees for staffing needs. - oversees the daily activities of the staffing office.
