Discover your opportunities at Yale! **Overview** Working with considerable independence and exercising discretion in establishing priorities, the Development Coordinator provides data management, research, administrative, and communications support for the Director of Yale College Reunion Giving and other members of the Reunion Giving team. Reporting to the Reunion Giving Program Manager, the Development Coordinator is responsible for a range of activities that include assisting with the development of solicitation/cultivation strategies for Reunion Gift Committee members; overseeing the preparation and production of communications including mail solicitations, emails, volunteer training materials, and event invitations; and coordinating special events to ensure their timely and successful execution. In addition, the Development Coordinator produces ad hoc reports from the database to support fundraising initiatives for the Director and Reunion Gift Officers. The Development Coordinator helps ensure the accuracy of all information related to alumni volunteers and donors as well as the accuracy of data reflected in the database. In addition, the Development Coordinator performs data entry and other administrative tasks and may also, as needed, provide administrative and fundraising support to other units.
