**Job Summary** The **Academic HR Analyst 2** supports a broad range of academic personnel and human resources functions for the **Basic Sciences Administrative** cluster. This role manages the full lifecycle of academic appointments and personnel actions for graduate student employees, postdoctoral scholars, specialists, academic researchers, project scientists, and volunteers/visitors. Responsibilities include coordinating appointments, onboarding, policy and procedure guidance, and employee relations support while ensuring compliance with campus and systemwide policies.
