Responsibilities: **Position Summary:** Provides a supportive link between UCI customers both internal and external, facilitates communications by effectively navigating computer and phone systems, builds and maintains customer relationships while providing a positive, professional and empathetic communication with all customers. Main duties include phone calls, computer data entry, printing/delivering lab reports, transporting specimens, monitoring courier activities, ordering and distributing supplies. Reviews lab requisitions and performs quality review and troubleshooting.
