The **Research Intern** will support ongoing studies in the laboratory of Neelendu Dey focused on the role of the gut microbiome in gastrointestinal physiology and colorectal cancer development. This position provides hands-on experience in translational microbiome research through exposure to bioinformatics, data analysis, and interdisciplinary scientific collaboration. Under the guidance of the Principal Investigator and laboratory staff, the intern will assist with computational and research support activities related to microbiome and sequencing datasets, literature review, and scientific data interpretation.
