Responsibilities: **Position Summary:** Provides a supportive link between UCI customers both internal and external, facilitates communications by effectively navigating computer and phone systems, builds and maintains customer relationships while providing a positive, professional and empathetic understanding to all customers. Main duties include phone calls, computer data entry, and printing/delivering lab reports. Reviews lab requisitions and performs quality review and troubleshooting. Qualifications: **Required Qualifications:** - One year of applicable clinical lab work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Must possess the skill, knowledge, and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Demonstrated experience using a computer, including data entry and retrieval - Ability to work weekends, a
