The position will work closely with the Pediatrics Finance team members and the Divisional Administrators. Options will be discussed during the interview process"*** Responsibilities - Process journal entries for monthly, quarterly, and year-end close. - Assist with all aspects of budget preparation; monthly NYPH transfers, service agreements, fellow’s charges and reconciliations. - Assist with analyzing account balances, overdrafts, track payments and expenditures. - Responsible for accurately tracking and managing accounts receivable for MSAs, NYPH Special funds, and other outside organizations. - Monitors past due payments and work with outside organizations to collect and keep receipts cur
