**Job Title:** Practice Administrator **Location**: Riedman Campus (100 Kings Highway South, Rochester, NY 14617) **Department:** Primary Care **Hours Per Week:** 40 Hours, Full-time **Schedule:** Monday-Friday 8a-5p **SUMMARY** The Practice Administrator will be responsible for daily operations and strategic advancement of the multiple medical sites and/or specialties. Oversight of multiple medical group practice financial management, business, and clinical operations of the practices. Specific areas of responsibility (in collaboration with health system leadership) include budgeting, material procurement, coding, billing, accounts receivable/compliance management, accounting, marketing, development, human resources, operations/planning, patient flow processes, information systems, communications, and facilities. The position requires a close working relationship with the entire clinical and administrative staff in meeting the daily operational and strategic objectives. Oversees the management of multiple sites and/or specialties, supporting a significant provider population, and comprehensive fiscal operations and revenue, and significant management of support **Key Responsibilities:** - The primary responsibilities of the Practice Administrator include maintenance of the daily operations and general management of the practices and supervision of subordinate practice managers. - Responsible for providing support to operations management related to providers. - Developing educational planning programs, allocating and assigning duties to employees, and monitoring the activities and operations of all the practice(s) components to ensure the practice(s) meet their objectives. - Has responsibility to provide support and leadership for due diligence regarding acquisitions and divestitures. - Responsible for all practice sites within a designated area.
