Responsibilities: **Position Summary:** Under the general supervision of the Chief Quality Officer, Vice President in the Department of Quality, Patient Safety and Transformation, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing support to functions across the division, including but not limited to: front office functions (answering, screening, and directing incoming calls/mail; scheduling appointments/meetings), preparation of documents for travel and expense reimbursements, submission of purchase orders, and invoice management. The position assists in prioritizing, efficiently processing, and tracking administrative issues to ensure deadlines are met and tasks completed appropriately for the Department.
