The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.* Position Summary Reporting directly to the Senior Nurse Manager, the IVF Nurse Coordinator assists physicians and clinical staff with patient care coordination, patient education, electronic medical record (EMR) management, and clinical support activities related to infertility treatment and office-based procedures. The IVF Nurse Coordinator supports the implementation of established treatment plans and clinical protocols under the direction of physicians and nursing leadership. Duties include, but are not limited to, medication/immunization administration, point of care testing (POCT), patient communication, and coordination of routine clinical activities. Patient education and communication may occur in person, through the patient portal, or via telephone/e-mail. The IVF Nurse Coordinator works collaboratively with providers and clinical and administrative staff to support efficient patient care operations and a positive patient experience. Responsibilities - Support coordination of infertility testing and treatment plans, including IVF and fertility treatment cycles, under physician and nursing leadership direction. - Telephone triage patient calls regarding medications, treatment plans, test results, and procedural instructions following established protocols. - Maintain accurate patient charting and documentation within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. - Provide routine patient education
