Responsibilities: **Position Summary:** Under the direction of the Director for Physician Enterprise Clinical Operations, the Specialty Care Administrator serves as the primary operational leader for the UCI Specialty Care Associates Medical Group, driving the clinical excellence and strategic scaling of a high-growth community physician workforce. In close collaboration with the Medical Director, this position oversees the daily clinical operations of over 60 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers, with planned growth over the next year ensuring optimal patient throughput and the delivery of outstanding specialty services as measured by quality, patient satisfaction, and financial performance metrics.
