**Description** The Global Logistics Exports organization enables customers across the world to access international selection that is sold in other countries. To do so, we manage the global cross-border supply chain, operating the largest Amazon cross-country network spanning +1k lanes and 200 countries. . By incorporating various programs and businesses into our supply chains, we spin the flywheel to reduce costs and improve delivery speeds for all our clients. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing organization. In this role, you will lead the development and optimization of Business Intelligence metrics that drive decision-making across our operations. You will partner with Tech, Operations, and Business teams to define key performance indicators, develop data pipelines, create QuickSuite dashboards, and translate complex data into actionable insights that inform product strategy and operational excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous environments, has strong analytical and technical skills, and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will be responsible for monitoring business performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and delivering diagnostic analytics that influence multiple teams' strategic decisions.
