You will help develop reliability methodologies and controls aligned to A&D expectations, and you will respond to product deviations as they pertain to quality and reliability. You will establish and enforce requirements such as specifications, Defects per Million (DPM), Failure In Time (FIT), and lifetime/mission profile expectations, and you will ensure compliance to applicable customer and industry standards, including NASA/GSFC PEM‑INST‑001 and relevant military standards for semiconductor components. In this role, you will coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and external test partners to ensure qualification, lot‑level upscreening, screening, and acceptance practices are in place, executed correctly, and auditable.
