This role combines antibody discovery, immunology, and modern protein language models to drive data‑informed decisions from early discovery through pre‑clinical development. What You'll Be Doing: - Design, train, validate, and deploy AI/ML models, including protein and antibody language models, to support antibody library design, hit triage, and developability assessment - Execute hands‑on wet‑lab work approximately 50% of the time, including library construction, display selections, NGS sample preparation, and biophysical or functional assays - Develop and operate antibody NGS analysis pipelines, including paired heavy and light chain assembly, clonotyping, and longitudinal repertoire analysis - Architect and manage scalable training and inference workflows using AWS S3, EC2, and high‑performance GPU or parallel compute environments - Translate experimental and sequencing data into validated models and actionable recommendations for antibody optimization programs - Collaborate closely with wet‑lab scientists, informatics teams, and project managers to advance antibody candidates toward therapeutic‑grade leads - Document experimental data and AI/ML workflows in Benchling and maintain reproducibility through version control and formal documentation **What We Are Looking For:** - PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Biophysics, Immunology, Molecular Biology, or a c
