The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-judgment administrative support to assigned stakeholders, helping them operate effectively while maintaining strong attention to confidentiality and detail. This role serves as a key gatekeeper and coordinator, requiring discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize across competing demands. The EA is expected to be proactive and anticipatory, managing complex logistics and enabling leaders to stay focused on their highest priorities. We believe that being together in person better equips us to respond to dynamic business and technology needs. Our current hybrid model—four days in the office and one day remote—supports collaboration while offering thoughtful flexibility. **RESPONSIBILITIES** The Executive Assistant will manage the overall daily support needs of assigned stakeholders, including but not limited to: - Managing complex, high-volume calendars with a focus on prioritization, conflict resolution, and forward planning - Coordinating logistics for internal and external meetings, including regulatory and governance forums, across multiple time zones - Preparing meeting materials and ensuring stakeholders are set up with the appropriate context and information - Supporting
