This includes PCs, laptops, servers, storage media, and edge devices that are configured, deployed, returned, inspected, repaired, sanitized, and redeployed across regional operations. The Production, Quality, and Chain of Custody (COFC) processes are executed regionally, while this role provides global operational oversight, process governance, analytics, and continuous improvement leadership. This position sits at the intersection of operations, process excellence, and data-driven decision making.
