This is a hands-on opportunity to apply your AI and machine learning skills in a real-world enterprise SaaS environment. You'll work alongside experienced engineers to develop and deploy AI tools—including large language models, recommendation systems, and other intelligent features—that make work more personal and efficient. **This is a 6 month fixed term role.** **In this role, you will…** - Contribute to the design, development, and testing of AI-driven features within the Cornerstone ecosystem - Collaborate with engineers on projects involving NLP, recommendation systems, or generative AI - Collect, clean, and prepare datasets for training and evaluation, including data QA and validation - Build and experiment with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and/or Hugging Face - Write clean, well-documented Python code and actively participate in code reviews - Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and prototyping workflows - Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team discussions, demos, and retrospectives - Research and prototype new ideas in the AI/ML space, including proofs of concept and results evaluation - Stay current—identify new AI tools, libraries, or approaches that could enhance our platform **You've Got What It Takes If You Have…** - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) - Foundational knowledge of machine learning concepts and proficiency in Python programming - Experience with one or more AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn - Solid understanding of or strong interest in LLMs, generative AI, and/or recommender systems - Ability to work independently and collaborative
