Responsibilities: **Position Summary:** Orientates to the planning and provision of nursing care to patients in the step down unit. Accurately interprets ECG rhythm and manages care of patients during life threatening emergencies in population served. Orientates to the supervision and delegation of care responsibilities to ancillary personnel commensurate with their scope of practice. Qualifications: **Required Qualifications:** - Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties - Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System - Current California Registered Nurse license. - AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA Advanced Cardiac Life S
