You will be responsible for aiding faculty, students and leadership in the assessment and evaluation process, data collection and institutional outcomes reporting. This position interfaces with all other departments, including basic science and clinical faculty, other OAE staff, instructional technology, student development, and foundational & clerkship curriculum staff. This position collaborates with and supports the faculty/staff in system navigation and on-boarding. Supports the data collection process with timely completion of tasks, professional communications and follow up to meet accreditation standards. Must be able to handle multiple deadlines, accurately report and manipulate data, collaborate with other departments, and act as a technical resource to faculty, staff and students. The ideal candidate for this position would have a high attention to detail, self-starter and utilize software systems.
