The Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the daily operations and activities of a specific program or department. This role ensures that program goals and objectives are met efficiently by coordinating logistics, managing communications, maintaining records, and supporting staff and participants. The Program Coordinator works closely with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth program delivery, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards. Key responsibilities typically include scheduling and event planning, programs budget tracking, data management, reporting, and providing administrative and operational support to program leadership. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
